«TableStart:LineItem»«QuoteTerms»«TableEnd:LineItem»

Idaho law requires us to use very specific procedures when dealing with violations of protective covenants.  Pursuant to Idaho Code Section 55-115 we are required to hold a meeting to vote whether to impose a fine for any infraction of the protective covenants.  We are required to give you thirty (30) days notice of the meeting and the opportunity to attend and explain the situation. The meeting will take place on «ExpiryDate», at _______ pm.

It will be held at the following address ______________________________________________________, Idaho Falls, ID 83404.

If you resolve the issue before the meeting, then by law you cannot be fined for the violation.  If the violation cannot reasonably be resolved prior to the meeting, you can still avoid a fine if you begin resolving the violation prior to the meeting and continue in good faith to resolve it after the meeting.

If you have any questions about this issue or how you can correct it, please don’t hesitate to contact us on the website www.stonebrookhomeowners.org/contact.  It is important that we all make the effort to comply with the Protective Covenants so we can maintain the character of our neighborhood and continue to support property values.

                                                                                          Sincerely,

                                                                                          Stonebrook Homeowners Association
